Fans are losing their mind after a video of Taylor Swift singing the national anthem before a NASCAR race on 12th November 2006 resurfaced. Before her rise to fame and international stardom, Taylor Swift sang the American national anthem at the 2006 Checker Auto Parts 500 which was sponsored by Pennzoil at Phoenix International Raceway in Avondale, Arizona.
Taylor Swift performed in front of drivers and spectators as a newbie just a month after releasing her debut album. Taylor Swift was just 16 years old when she performed on the 35th of 36 races on the 2006 NASCAR schedule.

Taylor Swift has a massive fan base, she is among the most famous persons on the planet and has everything she can desire but when she stood up and performed in 2006 in front of a crowd that was not there to hear her sing but to race, she performed with dreams in her eyes and earned applauds from the crowd.
