As part of the organization’s 40th anniversary celebration, Hendrick Motorsports unveiled four ruby red paint schemes for the upcoming race at Martinsville Speedway on April 7, 2024. These special paint schemes will adorn all their four cars and the team owner has a special feeling of this color.
As per Hendrickmotorsports.com, “It has always been a special color to me,” team owner Rick Hendrick said. of the red paint schemes on all four of his cars, which was also the color of his first car and first Chevrolet. “To be able to unveil these cars is pretty special.”
In fact, Rick Hendrick lost his son Ricky Hendrick and eight other important figures of his team during the plane crash while all of them traveling to the NASCAR event at Martinsville.
